How to hire

Subject to changing government rules, we are still able to hire out the hall during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Hirers will need to comply with additional safety measure which are outlined below.

Facilities

The Memorial Hall & Playing Field is available for hire. We have a main hall, small meeting room, bar,  kitchen, toilets* and carpark. We have regular bookings from local groups, family events and wedding receptions.

Capacity

Fincham Memorial Hall is licensed for the following number of people to be on the premises at any one time:-

 

When used for dancing                                                 150

When used for functions utilising seating and tables    100

When used for purposes combining 1 & 2                    120

When used for closely seated audience                       164


Availability

We take bookings for one off events and regular events. We have plenty of regular slots available, so please get in touch if you are looking for a venue for your club or society.  We charge an hourly rate, and for wedding receptions access from Friday - Sunday is included in the booking.

Rates

From £6 per hour.


Payment method

Bank transfers are preferred but we can also accept cheques if you are unable to pay directly into our account.


* We hope to have disabled accessible toilets in the future, see our Fundraising Appeal for further details.
